Children's Ministries

Our Awana club program is offered on Wednesday nights during the school year (6:30-8:00pm). There are programs for boys and girls aged three through eighth grade. Aimed at evangelizing and discipling kids, Awana offers a time for active play and a quality curriculum focused on Bible memorization. The Cubbie group is for Preschool and pre-kindergarten (must be at least 3 by Sept 1). Sparks is for K – 2nd graders, T & T is for 3rd-5th graders, and Trek is for 6th-8th graders. Our nursery is capably staffed by adult leaders and teen helpers who cherish the chance to nurture our precious babies each Sunday morning.

Our Early Childhood Department offers children ages 2 through kindergarten a great setting to learn how Jesus can be a part of their lives. While parents go to Sunday School and Sunday morning worship service, qualified teachers and helpers lead preschoolers through a curriculum that is both fun and educational with Bible stories, crafts, games and music.

Berean Bible Church provides a warm and inviting atmosphere for children with a staff and facilities dedicated to the teaching of the Word of God and God’s love for each of us. Our children’s Sunday School (9:30-10:30) is divided into two classes: 1st-2nd grades and 3rd-5th grades. They have a Bible lesson, including a memory verse, puzzles, and activities to reinforce the story and help the children apply it to their lives.

Children in grades one through five attend the beginning of our Sunday morning worship service and are generally dismissed shortly before the sermon starts. They then attend Children’s Church where they participate in a two year Bible lesson program.

Rainforest Falls VBA is July 20-24, 2026, from 9am-12pm! Children from age 4 to those entering 7th grade in Sept are invited to join us for a week of fun, friendship and learning through Bible stories, music, science and games. In this rainforest adventure we'll explore what it means to be rooted in a relationship with God our creator, and for Him to be our safe place in life’s storms.
