The Undivided Hearts

Have you ever gone swimming in the ocean and glanced toward shore to no longer see your towel or friends you came with? You thought you were staying in the same area but currents or even riptides pulled you away without even realizing it. On some beaches they will even post ‘red flags’ to indicate dangerous no swimming areas.

In our passage today, we see a spiritual ‘red flag’ that pulls us away from true worship in our hearts. You don’t have to drift, worship can be that anchor in the time of the storm or calm. How does your anchor hold?
