All or Nothing
Have you ever witnessed something so powerful that all you could say was, “You had to be there”? Moments like that change you. In Acts 4, the apostles had seen the risen Jesus, and the whole church felt it. Believers laid everything at the apostles’ feet because they knew what they had seen, and it changed their lives.
Then Ananias and Sapphira gave a portion of their gift and pretended they were all in. They wanted to look submitted without actually surrendering. How many times have we done this: protecting what we have, projecting who we’re not, and managing our image even at church.
Peter knew the weight of a lie. He had denied Jesus three times, yet grace met him and changed everything. Have you truly seen Jesus? Those who have seen Him lay it all down at His feet.
Join us for worship to see what it looks like to lay it all down at the foot of the cross.
